Do I start on pellet, corn, or worm on other side. Is it best not to feed at the start.

I think most will pot in from the start with 4mm on the far bank. Then trickle feed as the day goes on. Bait up you inside margins with corn or pellet and leave till later on in the afternoon and fish pellet corn and paste till u find what's working best. Hopefully Mick will post as he won the open match on here on Thursday.

the method i fished in the open was pole shallow about 1ft from the island bank here i found 2ft of water and fished 12in deep i banded a 6mm pellet and constantly fed around ten 4mm pellets the big thing i noticed is that i was gettin alot more bites when i was lifting and dropping my rig around the feed pellets.then in the last hour i fished in the margins with 6mm cubed meat,i had been feeding a hand full of the 6mm piesces all day and when i went over this line the fish were already there so i was catching str8 away. i finished the match with 101lb, 80lb of this was caught shallow... the margin swim held the bigger fish i hooked around 12 fish and landed only 3 so when you try the margins make sure you have strong enough line n hooks.hope this helps.
